I have tried to write these terms in plain language rather than dense legal wording, because the whole point of this Library is to make technical things easier to understand. If anything here is unclear, you are welcome to get in touch and ask.

The Technical SEO Library is owned and operated by Victor Ijomah, based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Victor Ijomah, and “you” and “your” refer to anyone using the site.

What the site is for
The Technical SEO Library is an educational reference. It exists to teach technical SEO and AI search concepts from first principles through lessons, guides, a glossary, and related resources.
Everything here is provided for general information and learning. It is not a substitute for tailored, paid consultancy, and reading it does not create any kind of working or advisory relationship between us. We will come back to this point under “No guarantees and no professional advice” below, because it matters.
Using the site responsibly
You are welcome to read, learn from, and share the work here in the normal ways people share useful content online. In return, we ask that you use the site fairly and lawfully.
When using the site, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Copy, republish, or resell the content as if it were your own, whether in full or in substantial part, without written permission.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download the content using automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site or strips it of attribution.

Some parts of the Library include, or will in future include, interactive tools such as validators, generators, and checkers. These are provided to help you learn and to give you a quick, practical starting point.
These tools are offered on an “as is” basis. They are built to be helpful, but they will not catch every edge case, and their output should be treated as guidance rather than a definitive verdict. Always check the results against the official documentation for the search engine, crawler, or standard you are working with before you make changes to a live website. We are not responsible for any outcome that results from relying on a tool’s output without checking it.
